We currently offer shipping within the United States, subject to product availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, periods of high order volume, or unforeseen operational disruptions.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are presented during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect information was provided.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and include your order number and photographs when applicable.

For product safety and hygiene reasons, opened tinctures, supplements, and other ingestible products are generally not eligible for return. Personalized or custom-formulated products, gift cards, and items designated as final sale may also be ineligible for return, except where required by law or otherwise stated in our policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
